Employment Disputes Insurance Cover

Like any insurance, you want to have that peace of mind that in the event something goes wrong, you have cover in place.

In the event an employee were to bring an Employment Tribunal claim you could face thousands of pounds in legal costs with a protracted, expensive case to defend, but you can mitigate against these risks now with Employment Disputes Insurance cover. This insurance policy protects you against the cost of employment tribunals, legal fees, settlements and awards in the event of a dispute.

The policy underwrites the advice given by Paveley HR Solutions so you don’t have to ring a helpline, and if necessary, it includes the appointment of a solicitor to provide that expert advice if we end up at a hearing.

The Company is led by Sarah Paveley, an influential and professional HR generalist, with a law degree, and over 20 years’ hands-on experience in delivering HR solutions, training, advice and support across a range of fast-paced public and private sector organisations, including contact centres, retail, telecommunications, automotive, language providers, utilities, and charity sectors.

Our Way of Giving Something Back

Social Responsibility is something we are aware of and is extremely important to us. We therefore take proactive steps to try and give something back to the community, the environment and to charity to ensure we have a Company we can feel proud of.

  • A percentage of our annual profit is donated to charity each year[1].
  • We offset our carbon emissions, inc travel to ensure we are carbon neutral[2].
  • We have relationships with local schools and other local companies/charities and provide 3 paid volunteering days each year.
